General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.rebond-adventures.com are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2).

The online store www.rebond-adventures (hereinafter referred to as “the online store”) is operated by Rebond Adventures d.o.o., a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as “the provider”).

Please read the general terms and conditions of the online store carefully, as you are bound by them from the moment you enter our online store. By conducting any transaction through our online store, it is considered that you are familiar with the entire content of the general terms and conditions and that you have agreed to the general terms and conditions without restrictions.

You can use the services of the online store as a registered or unregistered user. Upon registration in the system, you acquire a username, which is the same as your email address, and a password. The username and password unequivocally determine and link the user with the entered data.

The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions of business without special notice. Changes take effect from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.

The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, operating through our online store or even accessing the store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of certain or even all products for a certain or indefinite period of time, or to limit or completely stop access to the online store’s pages for a certain or indefinite period of time.

Purchase Process

Buying and searching are simple, as you can quickly find the desired product using the subcategories and filters.

Once you find the product you want to order, click “Add to Cart” and specify the quantity.

Payments can be made via credit cards.

We offer free shipping for orders over 80 EUR.

  3. Checkout Process: If your cart contains all the items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout. You can complete a quick purchase form or opt to register.
  4. Payment Options: Choose your preferred payment method from options like credit card, cash on delivery, prepayment, or personal pickup.
  5. Free Shipping: Orders exceeding 80 EUR qualify for free shipping.
  6. Enter Delivery and Payment Information: Fill in your delivery address and payment details (for credit card payments).
  7. Review and Confirm Purchase: Double-check your order details and confirm your purchase in the final step.

All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT (Value Added Tax).

Current prices apply to all orders. At the time of purchase, the price in effect at the confirmation of payment will be considered.

The prices listed for the products are currently valid, but we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.

Your rights based on given consents

An individual may at any time request that the personal data controller permanently or temporarily cease using their personal data for the previously stated purposes. Such a request can be addressed at any time to the email shop@rebond-adventures.com, detailing which consents they wish to revoke.

In addition, individuals have the following rights:

  • The right to access their personal data: Individuals have the right to access their personal data collected in relation to them, to be informed about its processing, and to verify its legality.
  • The right to rectification or completion of personal data: Individuals have the right to have capljasport.si correct their inaccurate personal data without undue delay.
  • The right to erasure of personal data: Individuals have the right to have capljasport.si erase their personal data without undue delay, to the extent permitted by current legislation.
  • The right to restriction of processing: Individuals have the right to restrict the processing of their personal data when they contest the accuracy of the personal data, when processing is unlawful and instead of erasure they request the restriction of their use, and in cases where capljasport.si no longer needs their data for processing purposes but they are required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  • The right to data portability: Individuals have the right to receive their personal data, which they have provided to capljasport.si, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit those data to another controller where technically feasible.
  • The right to object: Individuals have the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data when it is done for legitimate interests pursued by capljasport.si, including profiling, as far as it is related to such direct marketing. When an individual objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, their personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: If they believe the processing of their personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation, individuals have the right to lodge a complaint against the personal data controller with a supervisory authority.

Process for exercising rights

By signing the consent, the user is aware that all the above-mentioned requests related to the exercise of rights concerning personal data can be addressed in writing to the controller at the email address shop@rebond-adventures.com.

The user is also informed that, for the purposes of reliable identification when exercising rights related to personal data, the controller of capljasport.si services may require additional information from the user. The controller can only refuse to act on the request if it can demonstrate that it cannot reliably identify the user.

Furthermore, the user is aware that the controller must respond to the request to exercise rights related to the aforementioned personal data without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving the request.

Dispute Resolution

The competent court is responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise.

Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

In accordance with the general terms of use of electronic communication services, Rebond Adventures d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a private user might initiate in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

Providers engaged in online sales must publish an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on their website. The platform is available at the electronic link http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

This arrangement stems from the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act and Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.

Withdrawal from Purchase and Return of Goods

In accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may, within 14 days of receiving the goods, notify the provider in writing of their withdrawal from the contract or order, via email to shop@rebond-adventures.com.

The buyer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without needing to provide a reason for their decision. The notice of withdrawal from the order is considered timely if it is sent in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. The only cost incurred by the consumer in relation to the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the company no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall immediately, or no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, refund all received payments.

The company will refund the payments using the same means of payment used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly requested the use of another means of payment and provided that the consumer does not incur any fees as a result. Upon returning the items, it is mandatory to also include a copy of the original invoice.

Warranty, Claims, and Return/Exchange of Products

All products are inspected before delivery and shipped undamaged. We will carefully package your products in a delivery box to ensure they arrive undamaged and in their original packaging. According to Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right, in case of any defect in the product, to demand that the company replace the defective product with a new defect-free product, return the amount paid, repair the defect in the product, or return a portion of the amount paid in proportion to the defect.

The deadline for product exchanges is 14 days. Product exchanges are possible only upon presentation of the invoice or a copy of the invoice.

Material defects

A consumer can exercise their rights from material defects if they notify the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. In the notification, the consumer must describe the defect in detail and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer can notify the seller personally, for which the seller must issue a receipt. The seller is not liable for material defects that appear after two years since the item was delivered. It is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery if it appears within six months from the delivery. The consumer’s rights from the first paragraph expire two years after the day they notified the seller about the material defect.

Orders

You can place orders online, available every day from 0:00 to 24:00. The time for shipment and delivery is a maximum of 4 days (day of order + 4 days).

Delivery and Shipping Costs

Our contracted partner for shipment delivery is Pošta Slovenije. The buyer covers the shipping costs themselves if the purchase amount is below €80; otherwise, shipping costs are FREE.

The delivery cost is €5 and will be displayed at the completion of your order and noted on the invoice you will receive along with the ordered products.

For International shipping the cost of delivery is 10 EUR.

We can deliver the goods ordered in the online store to your home or office and will dispatch them as soon as possible.

If the goods are not in stock, we will inform you of the delivery day, which is usually within 10 to 15 days.

Security

Shopping and paying through the online store is safe.

All transactions made in the online store are protected.

All the information you provide us is encrypted using data encryption technology. This advanced data encryption process ensures that personal information cannot be intercepted while it travels from your computer to ours or from our computer to the bank. Personal data is transferred from your computer to the bank’s authorization server in encrypted form and is not stored on the provider’s server. To check if your browser is in secure mode during payment, look for a lock icon at the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar in your browser.

Disclaimer of Liability

The provider makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on its websites. However, the characteristics of products, delivery times, or prices can change so rapidly that the provider may not be able to update the information on the websites in time. In such cases, the provider will inform the customer of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item.

While the provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the items for sale, all photographs should be considered symbolic.

The provider reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All rights to all published materials are reserved. All texts, images, graphics, sound files, animations, videos, and their derivatives on this site are subject to copyright and other intellectual property protection. These items may not be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor may they be modified or reposted on other websites.

This website may also contain images for which the provider has obtained the right to use, but are protected by third-party copyrights.

Under no circumstances is the provider responsible for any links that are not part of this website, or for any other websites that are or are not linked to this website. The provider disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy of any data available on these linked pages, and any products or services available on these websites.
